El edificio se dispone en dos piezas conformando una L que define la plaza de acceso abierta a la avenida de la Plana, vía de acceso natural desde el núcleo urbano. El acceso desde la plaza es común tanto para las dependencias oficiales como para las viviendas, estableciendo un único punto de control de entrada. La plaza se pavimenta y se ajardina con palmeras.
The building is organized in two pieces, shaping an L that defines the access square opened to Plana Avenue, being the natural way to the roads that are approaching from the urban center. The access from the square is common to the official buildings and housing, setting up one only entry point. The square is paved and gardened with palm trees.
El edificio residencial se vuelve de espaldas a la plaza, buscando el Sur. Las viviendas familiares se organizan en las dos plantas inferiores, en dos hileras separadas por un corredor abierto de acceso. Cada vivienda se organiza en forma de L generando un patio privado al que se abren ventilaciones y vistas, con orientación sureste. A los apartamentos de las plantas altas que miran al sur y al mar, se accede desde un corredor exterior abierto a la plaza desde el núcleo exterior nexo de las dos piezas. Sobre la hilera de viviendas interior se eleva mediante pilotis un bloque de dos plantas que contiene los apartamentos. Se genera así un espacio exterior público y elevado para esparcimiento de los residentes.
The residential part gives its back to the square, looking for the sun. The familiar houses are organized in the two low levels, two separated lines by an opened access corridor. Each house is disposed as an L, generating a private courtyard to which views and ventilation are directed to, with a southeast orientation. To the high floors apartments, faced to the south and the sea, the access is through the exterior communication core that is the joint of the two pieces located in the corridor opened to the square. Above the housing line, the apartment block is elevated upright by pilotis. Thereby, an external elevated public space is generated for recreation and leisure areas of the residents.
El edificio de dependencias oficiales se organiza de manera compacta y clara, igualmente alrededor de un patio, favoreciendo la ubicación de los usos más públicos en la planta baja, más accesible.
La arquitectura hace referencia a la mediterránea habitual en la zona, volúmenes sencillos, patios bien orientados, protecciones solares y cubiertas planas. El control de la luz y de la intimidad se resuelve mediante celosías de GRC que favorecen la ventilación cruzada tanto en las viviendas como en el edificio de oficinas optimizando el comportamiento bioclimático del conjunto.
The architecture makes reference to the usual mediterranean character of the place, simple volumes, well faced courtyards, solar protections and flat roof. The light control and the privacy are solved by GRC lattice that helps the cross ventilation in both type buildings optimizing the bioclimatic behavior of the complex.

Una de las piezas alberga las dependencias oficiales; la otra pieza, más compleja, las viviendas. Las dos piezas se unen mediante un núcleo exterior de comunicaciones, ascensor y escaleras, que sirve tanto para el acceso a las viviendas en altura como de núcleo alternativo y de emergencia para las dependencias oficiales.
One of the pieces accommodates the official buildings; the other, more complex, the housing. Both are joined by an exterior vertical communications core, formed by lift and stairs, and working as the access to the high level housing and also as an alternative and emergency way for the official part.
